About My Clients

The people I work with typically have the following in common:

  • In charge with absolute ability to say yes.  Once we agree on plans to move forward, there's no one else to convince.
  • Have proven track records that speak for themselves. It usually takes their customers or clients only a couple minutes to realize, "hey, this guy knows his stuff".
  • Want behind-the-scenes support to "boldly go where no deal has gone before." They are independent entrepreneurs and thus have options that most others don't on how they structure the deals, their finances and their organizations.  This can result in some huge differences in the bottom line.
  • Realize future growth requires an increased ability to "scale".  To some, that means putting systems in place that free them for the important things.  To others, it is deconstructing the "magic" of what they do so that we can multiply it many times over.
  • Require real-time situational awareness of where they stand. They realize the need for up to date internally generated numbers and performance indicators in order to make the best possible decisions every day.
  • Don't care about typical CPA office trappings - the mahogany paneled office, the oak conference table, etc.  My offices are nice, but the people I deal with are fast movers; almost all of our communications are virtual.  This higher-tech approach is what allows me to give the level of service I provide.

Most people, even most business owners, aren't that way.  The ones who fit that list are a rare breed.  Great fun to work with, though.
